I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors interact with my website. Unlike traditional analytics tools, this service is privacy-focused:

• No Cookies: It does not use cookies or store any data in your browser.
• No Personal Tracking: It does not track you across other websites or collect personally identifiable information (PII).
• Aggregate Data: I only see aggregate data (such as which pages are popular or what type of device is used) to help me improve the site experience.

Cloudflare Web Analytics works by using a "privacy-preserving" beacon. It doesn't track individuals, but it does process IP addresses and browser metadata momentarily to generate the aggregate report before discarding the personal elements.

How I Use Your Information

I use your contact information solely for:

• Responding to your initial inquiry
• Discussing your web development needs
• Providing quotes and project proposals
• Communicating about potential or ongoing projects

That's it. I don't use your information for marketing, newsletters, or any other purposes.

How Long I Keep Your Information

Confidentiality & NDAs

For detailed business discussions about your projects, we will sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) that provides additional protection for your sensitive business information.

• Working only with reputable third-party service providers

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you're outside Malaysia, your information may be transferred to and processed in Malaysia where I'm based. By contacting me, you consent to this transfer.

For European clients, I ensure adequate protection through appropriate safeguards.
